Refund policy

Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date if purchased in-store or upon receipt the item(s) if an online purchase. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange ,your item must be unworn and in its original, unused condition.

To begin the return or exchange process, please email sales@4ucaps.com with your order number. 

Returns & Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email with a response stating whether it was approved or rejected.

If your return is accepted, we will begin the refund process and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method minus the cost of shipping and a $5.00 re-stocking fee per item. 

Sale Items

All discounted or promotional items are final sale and are ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Defective Items

We only replace items if they are deemed defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@4ucaps.com.

Gift Items

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
