Returns
We accept returned merchandise up to 7 days after delivered date. Customer will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the guarantee return period for the product if there was a shipping error made by us or if they received a defective item. Please email, sales@4ucaps.com, to request an RMA number. Item(s) must be returned in original condition with all stickers, labels and tags in there original packing. If item(s) are not returned in original condition your refund will not be processed. In addition, we are not responsible for return shipping costs and lost items. Have your shipper provide you with insurance for all items. Refunds can take up to 2 weeks from receiving date. Shipping
All Domestic orders have a flat rate of $5 for First Class and $7 for orders over $100, $10 for Priority shipping and will be processed within 24 - 48 hours, and will be received within 2-5 business days. International orders carry a flat rate of $20.00 and take 10-15 days. All orders will be shipped by USPS.
